The IRSHDC holds dialogue events which bring together Indigenous experts, government, industry, labour, civil society leaders, and influencers for an open and frank exchange of ideas.

Oral Testimony Project

The IRSHDC and its partners aim to support Survivors and their families who wish to share testimony about their experiences with the residential school system.

The IRSHDC has published discussion papers following each of the dialogue events on the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and its implementation in Canada.
